It's not easy to find summer dresses with 3/4 sleeves, and this one fits the bill. I wear US 18/20 and ordered size xxl. Basically no problem. I love the pink patterned fabric, it has a very floaty and light feel - but not sheer. If I wash it gently, I hope it lasts all summer long. I can work with it.
